A result oriented professional with over 14 years of rich experience in the various industries like Aviation, Manufacturing, Pharma, Automotive, Chemical & Agro, BFSI, IT& Infrastructure at all levels. Focused towards in creating new areas of business with clients though new business models for enhancing revenue and building unique strategies and also responsible for connecting or developing new prestigious clients with us.

Graduate & MBA having vast experience in Recruitment along with various fields of HRM. Have experience as a Team Leader (Management Talent Acquisition) High-energy Recruiter and Creative facilitator, skilled in Head Hunting Have excellent experience in CRM & Corporate Communications. Sound Knowledge & hands on experience on portals like Naukri.com, Times jobs.com, Indeed, Monster, Signal Hire, X-Ray Search & LinkedIn. I am into Niche Hiring for IT, Aviation, Banking, NBFC, FMCG, Pharma, Automotive & manufacturing industry PAN India and Overseas. I head end to end recruitment and understand the client business, do the industry mapping, People mapping, Interview process & Reference check. Post recruitment follow-up. I also manage Client Relationship Management.
